You need an account to track progress. Keep your password to yourself — accounts are for one person, and sharing one is the fastest way to lose access. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 16 to sign up.

The free plan includes a sample of practice questions, a few cheat sheets, the daily question, and basic progress tracking. The Plus plan unlocks the full question bank, all cheat sheets and flashcards, full-length mock exams, and the AI tutor.

We add and revise content regularly, so the exact contents of each plan will change over time. We will not remove a core feature you paid for without telling you.

Plus is a one-time purchase for cohort access, priced as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

If the platform is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it. Refund requests after that window are considered case by case.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, republish, resell, or share our questions, explanations, cheat sheets, or flashcards outside the platform;
• share your account or resell access to it;
• use automated tools to bulk-download content or interfere with the service;
• attempt to break, probe, or bypass our security or other students' privacy;
• abuse the AI tutor — it is metered per student, and attempts to circumvent those limits may cost you access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and serious or repeated breaches may forfeit access without a refund.

All questions, rationales, cheat sheets, flashcards, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to study with them — not ownership, and not the right to redistribute them.

We work hard to make our content accurate and representative, but we cannot and do not guarantee any exam result. Certification depends on your program, your regulator, and your own preparation.

Content here is for exam preparation only. It is not medical, nursing, or legal advice, and it does not replace your employer's policies, a client's care plan, or direction from a regulated health professional. We are an independent study resource, not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Association of Career Colleges or any regulatory body.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount you paid us for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
